1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OathPrep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OathPrep is an AI-powered practice tool for the USCIS naturalization interview. It provides simulated interview sessions including civics questions, English reading tests, and English writing tests. The Service is designed for educational and practice purposes only.

OathPrep is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government. The Service does not guarantee that you will pass your citizenship interview. Results depend on your individual preparation and performance.

3. Accounts and Purchases

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • The Starter Pack ($39.99) includes 10 practice sessions. Additional sessions can be purchased for $4.99 each.
  • All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with OathPrep, contact us at support@oathprep.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have used no more than 2 practice sessions. Refunds for partially used packs are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than personal citizenship interview preparation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through OathPrep are owned by OathPrep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The civics questions used in the Service are based on publicly available USCIS materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

OathPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the outcome of your USCIS citizenship interview.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
